Sid Jacobson, Ph.D. is an internationally recognized expert in training and development. He has been a Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming for over 35 years. Sid has worked as a researcher, trainer, and consultant to professionals, hospitals, schools, clinics, businesses, and professional athletes. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.

Sid is also the author of five books on education and business, and the co-author of another on writing, as well as many papers & articles. He currently consults and trains people in counseling, coaching and business all over the world. He has conducted training and provided consulting to many of the world’s largest multi-national corporations, in addition to schools, government bodies, universities, banks, and more.

Cătălin has worked with organizations since 2000, and in 2006 joined the In Syst Master Data (IMDE) team. He has extensive experience in Talent Development and Lean Recruiting with companies from as few as 3 people to large multinational corporations, as well as NGO’s and public sector organizations. With a background in medicine and bioengineering, he started the path in the personal and professional development field with NLP. He has certifications in training, coaching, mediation and psychotherapy with the Austrian Training Center for NLP & NLPt. Catalin has done at Sigmund Freud University in Vienna, the international doctoral program with a topic on complexity and non-linear dynamics in flow and anticipatory systems.

As a leader, he is involved in his recruiting and organizational development company: Mind Master. He is also President of the EANLPt (European Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming Therapy) and vice-president of EuCF. He is also responsible as the IMDE coordinating partner for the Lean Recruiting and Talent Development process in Italy, Poland, Romania, Greece, Hungary and Finland..

Dr. Clarke has over 25 years of diverse experience, and is an expert in the field of Organizational Development in the US and abroad. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the George Washington University’s School of Business and has been the director of two MBA programs. Janine has worked as a management consultant and senior management analyst assisting both private and public sector organizations with needs assessment, human resource alignment, interventions and large-scale organizational change. As part of these comprehensive consulting projects, she has worked in the areas of team building, management development, and work group facilitation. She also provides one-on-one coaching and developmental planning for management leaders instrumental to specified change processes.

She also teaches executive development seminars, with a strong applied focus. She is certified to administer the via EDGE Leadership Assessment, VOICES 360 feedback, and Leadership Architect (Korn Ferry Int.) and as a facilitator in Action Learning by Action Learning Associates, UK.

As a consultant, facilitator, coach, and trainer Paula Anderson-Findley has over twenty years of experience in both the public and private sectors, helping organizations and professionals to reach valuable solutions and results. She is an expert in HR and training, with a wide range of business and teaching experience in sales, service, technical, manufacturing, and academic organizations. She has also developed and lead customer and supplier forums and focus groups. Her clients include national and multi-national corporations at all levels as well as federal agencies and their senior leaders.Prior to starting her own practice, Paula was Vice President of Human Systems and Administration at Sunburst Farms, Inc. In this capacity, she was responsible for all human resources management and development activities. She has also served as Adjunct Faculty-Instructor for the Department of Management, University of Miami School of Business.

In addition, Paula has co-authored a book on quality service and improvement. She has also conducted research in the marine sciences, environmental engineering, and in organizational development. She holds several HR certifications, as well as many other specialized certifications.

Carmen has extensive experience in management consulting for small & medium size companies and organisations, typically including training and coaching as well. Carmen’s focus is always on HR Development as a key success factor in any organisational change. She has facilitated many implementations of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems in manufacturing and services, as well as Talent Development projects. She’s been a Project Manager, and held several executive positions in different companies, including HR Director, Commercial Director, COO and most recently CEO of Molecular Sense Ltd UK, an R&D company in Biocomputation and BioNanoTechnology. Carmen has also developed and managed several projects in Organizational Development–each valued in the hundreds of thousands of euros–which had been funded locally by the Government of Romania, and she has twice been Project Manager in research projects funded by the European Commission, valued at more than a million Euros. Carmen has a cross-disciplinary background, including diplomas and certifications in Psychology, Professional NLP Coaching, Professional Management, and Mechanical Engineering. She was licenced as trainer with Edw. De Bono Thinking Systems, and she has other specialized trainings in Transactional Analysis, and Emotional Intelligence. Carmen has always been active in professional associations and charities, also providing personal coaching–pro bono–in the Romanian community in Montreal.
